Developed the visual identity and design system for FT People, an internal HR platform, creating illustrations, templates, and brand guidelines for use across multiple touchpoints. The system was designed to be flexible and interchangeable, supporting a range of initiatives including ERGs, Thrive, and People Services.
Working across digital platforms, I ensured assets could be easily adapted for different scenarios while maintaining a consistent and engaging visual language. The outcome streamlined internal communications and enabled teams to confidently apply the brand across a variety of use cases.
